Making it Stick

Adapt Training Solutions is very excited to introduce a new component to our highly successful 'On Time, In Control' time management workshops - the Making it Stick follow-on package.

At Adapt, we are always looking for ways to strengthen the behavioural change that our workshops create. We don't just want participants to go back to their desks buzzing with excitement and ideas. We want them to make long-term changes to how they organise themselves and their work.

The challenge comes in the implementation. Although the On Time, In Control system is simple and logical, fully integrating it into the workplace can be hard for busy workers. That is why we have developed the Making it Stick follow-on package. We believe that if we engage participants several times in the weeks after training, the critical implementation period, we improve the likelihood of creating a long-term behavioural change. 

The Making it Stick package is an optional component, aimed at people who complete the On Time, In Control Outlook or Lotus Notes workshops. After attending the initial one-day workshop, participants receive a weekly email designed to help them Get Set-up, Get Empty, Get Organised and Get Strategic. Participants then attend a two hour Making it Stick session designed to refresh core concepts and problem solve implementation issues.

Please also note we are promoting this as an optional extra, and of course the On Time, In Control workshop can still be run as a standalone event if you so choose.
